Recent Projects
CCRRA in collaboration with The Arts Outreach Society (tAORS) recently organised a healing workshop to help women who have survived violence against them using art as a form of creative outlet.
The brain remembers events through emotions. Negative emotions cause negative impacts on our lives. The workshop focused on creative tools to help survivors of violence change the feeling associated with the emotion by changing old patterns and emotions to create new ones.
The workshop seeks to use art to guide people to create brain changes, with the aim of removing emotions such as trauma, anger, sadness, anxiety, fear etc.
