Our Mission
CCRRA stands in solidarity with victims of social Injustice and communities that are under threat — fusing litigation, advocacy, and narrative shifting to dismantle systems of oppression regardless of the risk.
We seek to:
- ensure and enable equality of status and opportunity to all.
- uplift the most vulnerable and marginalized sections of the society with emphasis on women and children.
- Eliminate discrimination on grounds of caste, religion, gender, class and socio-economic status
- make legal services accessible to the marginalsed sections of the society and enable them a life of dignity.
- create awareness of the fundamental rights granted by the constitution and equip the vulnerable and the marginalised to access their basic rights.
- partner in the development of a justice delivery system that is accessible, accountable, transparent, efficient and affordable as guaranteed by the Constitution.
